“This puts the emphasis on our ability to interact with those around us, to Commune with our fellows. It also challenges our sense of spontaneity as we are not there to run through all our impressive jazz phrases! It should be an experience of dialogue and communion, so to speak. We can of course do a clinic aspect to this, answering technical questions and practise techniques.”
